
Happy New Year! My first week of 2010 has been about living each day fully and intentionally, and if this is setting the tone, I am looking toward a year of unbelievable beauty and nourishment from family, friends, food, and nature.
On New Year’s morning (after a wild night of grilled cheese, tomato soup, and Martinelli’s), Gregory and I visited his mom and she taught me how to make a vegetarian version of the traditional Korean New Year soup, dduk gook.
